Frequently Asked Questions
Which surfaces can I safely use Peels & Co cleaners on?
Peels & Co cleaners are designed for everyday household use and are suitable for most washable surfaces, including kitchen countertops, dining tables, tiles, glass, stainless steel, ceramic, and bathroom fixtures. For delicate or natural stone surfaces, we recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if a product arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, past its expiry date, incomplete or wrong. Opened or used products can't be returned. Email info@peelsandco.com with your order ID, the items and photos, and we'll review it within 24 working hours.
When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 days after shipping, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.
Are Peels & Co products lab tested?
Yes. Our cleaners are independently lab tested, and they are plant-based, 100% biodegradable and free from harsh toxins, parabens and synthetic VOCs.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free on orders above ₹799. For smaller orders, any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
What are plant-based cleaning products?
Plant-based cleaning products are made using naturally derived ingredients from renewable plant sources instead of harsh chemicals. They effectively clean while being safer for your home, family, pets, and the environment.
Are plant-based cleaners as effective as chemical-based cleaners?
Yes. Peels & Co cleaners are formulated to tackle dirt, grease, stains, and everyday messes just as effectively as conventional cleaners—without relying on harsh chemicals.
Are Peels & Co's products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. When used as directed, our products are made with plant-based ingredients and are designed to be safer around children and pets compared to traditional chemical cleaners. We still recommend storing all cleaning products out of their reach.
Do plant-based cleaners leave any residue?
No. Our formulas rinse clean and are designed to leave surfaces fresh without sticky or harmful chemical residue.
