We started Peels & Co with an uncomfortable question: why does a clean home so often mean filling it with things unsafe to breathe or touch? Our children crawl these floors. Our pets lick these surfaces. So we built something different — home care made from what the earth gives us, not what a lab invents to cut corners.
A River We Couldn't Stand Near for Five Minutes
Every winter, the Yamuna disappears under a thick blanket of toxic white foam — a sight I once stood before and couldn't bear for more than five minutes. That foam isn't natural.
Environmental scientists trace it to phosphates and surfactants from household cleaning products, flowing through untreated drains into the river — stripping oxygen from the water and disrupting the life within it.
Standing there, it became clear: the products we use to clean our homes were quietly dirtying the water we all depend on. That's the problem Peels & Co was built to solve — bio-enzyme, plant-based formulas that break down naturally, instead of accumulating in rivers, soil, and treatment systems. A small shift in what goes down the drain. But it's the shift that matters.

I didn't start Peels & Co to build another home care brand. I started it because I wanted to give something back to Mother Earth — even in some small way. Every home cleans, every day, and that's a lot of chances either to keep taking from the planet, or to start giving back. We chose the latter.
